About
About
I work with leadership teams running multi-site and operationally intensive businesses, and with the boards and investors who need an independent read on operations they own.
Why this work exists
The operation you intended and the operation you have are not always the same.
Most work does not fail in design. It fails in execution, in the gap between organizational intent and operational reality.
A rollout goes live, the dashboards look clean, and on the floor, teams are building workarounds, data stops matching what is actually happening, and your best people quietly hold the operation together in ways nobody documented. Every organization runs two versions of itself. My work is reading both, and evidencing the difference, before the difference gets expensive.
Where the perspective came from
Over the past decade, I have led execution in operationally intensive environments where the gap between strategy and reality becomes impossible to ignore. Across enterprise system transformations, multi-site operations, infrastructure delivery, and capability-building programmes, I kept encountering the same pattern: execution failures rarely begin where leadership first notices them.

Operating experience
Experience that stays close to the work.
PMP certified, I have led execution and transformation across high-volume, multi-site operating environments, from enterprise transformations to operational launches and delivery under highly constrained operating conditions. That includes an enterprise POS transformation across a 20-site operation that increased transaction throughput by 50%, and modular infrastructure delivered across multiple sites at 30% under budget.
Perspective
The official version slowly stops agreeing with the actual version.
The pattern is the same everywhere work moves across sites, vendors, functions, and decision-makers: the official version of the operation and the actual version slowly stop agreeing, and every decision made from the official version gets more expensive. The organizations that struggle are rarely short of strategy, talent, or systems. They are short of an accurate picture.
